Nova has tried out her stroller

As mentioned earlier, we have bought a special stroller for Nova. It is designed with the safety of any dog in mind. The idea is for Nova to go on outings in it—so she can sit and watch the world go by. The reason for this is that puppies aren’t built to walk long distances—a point I’ve often highlighted in my posts here. A Beagle puppy’s bones haven’t fully fused yet; this process isn’t complete until they reach adulthood, around one year of age.
Today, Nova spent some time in her stroller—I placed a basket inside along with some toys. She sat there perfectly well-behaved, as if she had always been used to such a setup. I pushed the stroller around in various directions, and Nova didn’t mind at all.
I’m now looking forward to her receiving her new Puppia harness (it’s on its way) so that we can head out and take the stroller for a spin.
From time to time, Nova will be able to hop in and out to sniff around a bit along the way.

I think I will be happy here
