Today Darwin had a health check at the vet. It’s been 1 week since he turned 15 and I wanted to have it done before Easter. Darwin’s weight was 16.50 kg – so he’s keeping his weight fine.
In addition to that, he was examined and listened to and everything was fine. He had his nails trimmed – but he had a beginning ear infection in his right ear – I knew this well, as I had tried to prevent it from developing. Darwin therefore got some ear drops, which he will have to take for a while.
The vet was impressed by how good Darwin looks and that he is going strong.
So now we’re relaxing a bit again and just following Darwin’s health as we always have.
